Happy New Decade - welcome the '20s

Sunrise from the last day of the decade was a true time of reflection for me. I am blessed to have watched the sunrise so many times from our beautiful corner of the earth. It never wows me any less and is always a vibrant reminder to take the time to stand and stare. The wonder of the natural world is the most grounding of elements as well as the most up-lifting. The sun coming up in the morning is a such a blessing. The cycle of renewal is all around us in nature. This year make sure you take the time to listen. Your body and mind are grounded in nature. Take a break, appreciate the every day, find time to stand and stare - and smile. Happy New Year ... may the '20s bring you happiness and joy x

Spring in the air

Yesterday - biking in bright early morning sunshine, a roe deer gambolling in the field alongside me, & at dusk entranced by a barn owl's swoopings. This morning- swifts darting from carefully striven nests & the joy of raising my face to the much-needed rain #spring #lovelife

Summer of Imagination - Doddington Hall

If you are happy to go on a bit of road trip from the coast the DoddingtonHall is an amazing place to visit this summer. They have a fantastic, imaginative way of bringing all the magic of this beautiful garden to life. The Summer of Imagination brings the true essence of childhood to the fore. We will be visiting the unicorns and fairies again before the summer is out.
